Shelley has over 25 years of expertise in CPG sales, marketing, account management, eCommerce & logistics. She has held leadership positions for Fortune 500 companies as Exxon, Arco, GE, Frito-Lay, Tyson Foods, and General Mills – managing multi million dollar customer accounts such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, BJ’s and various grocery retailers. Shelley has led the development and implementation of retail executions of some of the biggest retail marketing programs that have resulted in millions of dollars of incremental distribution, sales, and share growth.
Shelley is an action-oriented individual with proven success in the areas of Finance, Strategic Planning, Operations, Business Development, Digital Marketing and Sales. Shelley is also Six Sigma Black Belt trained and Green Belt certified.
Shelley’s deep knowledge, expertise and personal relationships with Retailers across CPG retail makes her a powerful asset to any supplier.
Shelley holds a Bachelor’s degree from Washburn University, and a Masters from Carnegie Mellon University.

Antonio is an experienced innovator with a demonstrated history of success in the consumer goods industry. He is experienced in virtually every retail channel which encompasses multiple product categories and stints as category captain sitting onsite at several major retailers.
Antonio has experience in new product launches in both national brand and private label segments. One f his key success was with Organix, where h consulted in the areas of shopper segmentation, pricing strategies, and creating initial sales presentations for major retailers. Organix was so successful that the brand was sold for 1.4 billion dollars within 6 years of launch.
Antonio has been involved with other very successful innovations in his career from The Coca Cola Company which pioneered leveraging household panel data in targeting redeemable game pieces in “Red Hot Summer Days” to Gold’n Plump that revolutionized fresh poultry with “net weight scannable” to Retailigence whose digital marketing platform served as the basis for WMX and altered the course for measurement and actualization of digital marketing spend.
As a professional Antonio has amassed more than 27 years of unmatched knowledge and experience and expertise in Consumer Products Sales, Marketing, Shopper Insights, Primary Research, ecommerce, and Category Management. He has worked in markets in the USA, Canada and Latin America.
Antonio holds BA degrees in both English and Finance from Georgia State University.
